RV Parking Lot Rental Rules
The intent is to provide residents of Eagle Creek Golf Community a secure facility for parking vehicles, trailers, campers or watercraft THAT ARE PROHIBITED FROM PARKING in the right of way, common area or a resident’s lot. The RV lot is located at 202 Eagle Creek Rd. and is available on a first come first serve basis. Residents wishing to lease a space in the lot must fill out an application and pay for the next quarter or balance thereof and a key deposit of $25.00, upon which they will be assigned a space, receive a key and corresponding decal(s), which are to be displayed on the item(s) being stored. Numbered signs on the fence designate spaces. Rental is $45.00 per quarter, paid in advance. Refunds for unused, non-partial months will be made.
- Quarterly dues must be received prior to the 1st of the month due. A penalty of $5.00 will be assessed for each week after the due date.
- Only applicants who have been assigned a space and are in good standing in the Homeowners Association may use the lot.
- THERE SHALL BE NO COPIES MADE OR LENDING OF THE ASSIGNED KEY TO ANYONE who has not been assigned a space. (USERS OF THE LOT MUST LOCK GATE UPON EXITING.)
- Each item being stored shall have an assigned decal attached and visible from drive aisle. (The left driver’s side bumper of a vehicle or the left side of a trailer tongue near the hitch must be used.) See attached guide for correct placement.
- Only items that can be generally described as being a vehicle, camper, trailer or watercraft shall be permitted.
- All items must be contained within your allotted space of 12’ x 40’ and each must have a decal.
- The length of all units stored in one space shall not exceed 40’ and 11’ width.
- No fixed structures shall be allowed within the RV Lot.
- All unidentified or unapproved items shall be towed or otherwise disposed of per article 44A of N.C. State Statutes at the owner’s expense and liability.
- All items remaining past 60 days without payment shall be considered abandoned and may be towed or otherwise disposed of per article 44A of N.C. Statutes at the owner’s expense and liability.
- Residents who may be leaving for extended periods of time shall make payment arrangements prior to departure.
- Use of the lot is a privilege. Users of the lot who abuse the rules will lose this privilege.
- Eagle Creek Golf Community H.O.A. assumes no liability for items contained within the lot. Users of the lot assume all risks associated with parking their items and must maintain the appropriate amount of insurance to cover their interest.
- Before adding additional items, users must contact the RV Lot Committee to amend their item list. You will be issued an additional decal and it must be applied to the item prior to placing it in the lot.
